Responsibilities
- Ensuring all paperwork for staff and clients is up to date. This will including drafting and creating new paperwork and using Docusign
- Sending invoices to clients using Quickbooks
- Helping with monthly payroll and other Accounts queries such as VAT/expense forms
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
- Office experience ideal but not essential
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Office is a 2 minute walk from Piccadilly Train Station.
Working week is Monday to Friday 8am-4pm with 1 hour unpaid break.
Entry level with salary review after probation period (6 months).
Full training will be provided.
