2CL have successfully designed, installed, and maintained two-way radio systems for clients such as Glastonbury Festival, Reading and Leeds Festivals, IOW Festival, BBC Big Weekender, Glasgow 2018 European Championships, Virgin London Marathon, Great North Run, Prudential Ride London, Ascot Racecourse and London ExCeL Exhibition Centre over the past 20 years.
2CL’s sales support services include a fully managed service, coverage surveys, radio frequency management, latest technology, dedicated support team, onsite support, 24/7, 365-day cover and equipment preventative maintenance inspections.
The Role
Working within a close knit and experienced team from our Eastleigh office, this is a new position created through expansion and will suit an ambitious, motivated person looking to break into a customer account management and client services role. The person in question will be performing the full lifecycle from order to delivery. You will be working closely with the client to make the hire experience with 2CL Communications as smooth as possible.
You will receive full training and ongoing support in the role so no prior experience is necessary.
The role would be ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain experience in the event industry sector, with lots of opportunities for growth and progression within the company.

Your duties will be to assist with all elements of paperwork connected to the hire department to include but not limited to.
- Assist Account Management
To assist the account managers to ensure enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently, to assist with the production of quotations as required.
- Administration
To effectively use the ‘All Hire’ computer software system and regularly assist in loading your hire jobs, issuing paperwork and assist with invoicing when required.
- Event Planning
To assist with the planning of larger events liaising with other account managers, service department and other suppliers and contractors as required to ensure the event equipment and services are delivered on time and to the correct Client requirements.
- Event Manning
As required to attend with senior staff client sites or venues and be available to assist the client with the issue and collection of radios and to provide support to the Client as required and in relation to the equipment and services delivered by 2CL.
· Order Preparation
To assist in the stores area with the preparation of orders as and when required.
- Availability
To provide weekend and evening support to events as required and particularly through the summer months. This may often include overnight stays and can be short notice.
The Person
You may be working in a sales role already and want a new challenge, or perhaps a recent graduate or equivalent and looking to make your first foray into an account management role. The position is challenging and will require resilience, a proactive attitude, and a good sense of humour.
