Job Description:
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing designs for various projects, from minor in-house design needs like social posts; social ads designs - to more complex and more extensive projects like brand creation or website development. You will work alongside our senior designer and have the opportunity to hone your skills and gain experience on a vast range of projects, taking them from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the senior designer to develop creative design concepts that meet client requirements
- Design graphics and layouts for various projects, including branding, website design, and digital design
- Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines for consistency across all projects
- Ensure all designs are aligned with our clients' brand guidelines and meet their objectives
- Work with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
Requirements:
- A strong portfolio that showcases your natural talent and creativity
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Knowledge of Figma is a plus
- Knowledge of 3D is a double plus
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to be reactive to change
- Ability to meet deadlines
