Junior Graphic Designer
SUMMARY

This role is perfect for those already in a graphic design position or recent graphic design graduates with outstanding artworking and motion graphics skills, who are eager to take their career to the next level within a dynamic business environment.
As our Junior Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in creating innovative and visually stunning content tailored to a B2B audience, working alongside our talented team to ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation across all assets.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
· Work on the design of internal and external assets such as whitepapers, social graphics, presentations, case studies, proposal templates, etc.
· Work efficiently within project briefs and timelines, meeting stakeholder requirements.
· Deliver high-quality, industry-relevant design, featuring a clear product connection and compelling calls to action.
· Uphold brand styling, imagery, and design assets in conjunction with the wider studio team.
· Adapt styling and imagery for specific industries across all assets.
· Take on content design briefs from diverse stakeholders, adding value based on knowledge and expertise.
· Create and revamp marketing assets, including webpage design, proposal documents, email correspondence, case studies, and guides.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
· 1+ years of experience in a graphic design role and/or a degree in graphic design.
· Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and/or similar design software.
· A portfolio showcasing a variety of business assets created.
· Vibrant, self-motivated, organized, and an excellent communicator.
· Thrives on challenges and driven to succeed.
· A strong understanding of how design and content impact human behaviour.
· An innate flair for design and a hunger for continuous learning and skill development.
· A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to think on your feet.
· Meticulous attention to detail.
