Job Description: Junior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior graphic designer in creating visual assets for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop design concepts that align with the brand identity and target audience.
- Use graphic design software and tools to create high-quality designs.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions based on the input from the team.
- Ensure all designs are delivered within the given deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Experience:
- A degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and concepts.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
