We are looking for an ambitious and talented Junior Designer to join our London based in-house design team.
You will need to have experience across brand, digital, and print projects, but more importantly have
an appetite to learn fast and be diverse in the things you are designing. You will need to work collaboratively to support the senior members of the team and have experience creating print ready files. You will need to be awesome in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and keynote and no stranger to the art working process.
What you’ll do…
- Support and assist the lead designer and in turn the brand team by contributing at all stages of a project from concept creation through to completion/production
- Work on a range of briefs from hotel collateral, to social posts, to F&B pop ups
- Confidently interpret and interrogate briefs
- Work quickly under pressure, take direction and be a good learner
- Work alongside our in-house team to develop their ideas into final artwork – suitable for both digital and print
- Display exceptional quality control across printed and physical collateral
What we’re looking for…
- Competence in Adobe Creative Suite
- An eagle eye for detail, plenty of imagination and culturally aware
- Conceptual thinker and creative designer with strategic problem solving skills
- Ability to create artwork for print and digital, quickly and accurately
- Solid knowledge of print production processes
- Ability to manage multiple design projects of varying complexities, ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Work efficiently to deadlines
- Ability to consistency deliver high-quality artwork across all deliverables and timescales
- Comfortable presenting your work to seniors/stake holders
- Self-motivated and passionate about design and enjoy working as part of a
- small team
- Strong knowledge of presentation software, PowerPoint and Keynote.
- Ideally some experience of high-end design, the luxury lifestyle market or hospitality
- Desire to take responsibility of the brand and champion its development and elevation across the business
