Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Graduate Frontend Developer with expertise in React and TypeScript, and a strong focus on UX/UI, to join our dynamic team. As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user interfaces for our web applications. You will be required to work from our offices in Exeter, Devon.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the architect and backend developers to understand project requirements and translate them into functional and visually pleasing user interfaces.
· Develop responsive web applications using React and TypeScript, ensuring high performance and scalability, while adhering to UX/UI best practices.
· Implement reusable and modular components that enhance the user experience and align with the overall design guidelines.
· Optimize application performance and user experience through efficient code, UI enhancements, and smooth interactions.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends, technologies, UX/UI principles, and best practices.
· Collaborate with the team to continuously improve development processes, workflows, and the overall user experience.
Qualifications:
· Experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong focus on UX/UI, preferably using React and TypeScript.
· Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, UX/UI best practices, and interaction design concepts.
· Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
· Proficiency in React and TypeScript, with experience using React hooks and functional components.
· Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
· Knowledge of frontend build tools (such as Webpack or Parcel) and package managers (such as npm or Yarn).
· Experience with state management libraries (such as Redux or MobX) and UI frameworks (such as Material-UI or Ant Design).
· Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
· Experience with version control systems (such as Git) and collaborative coding workflows.
· A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, visually appealing user interfaces.

Salary: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
