Our client is looking for a Junior eLearning Designerto their expanding team to create and deliver eLearning content to our ever-growing client base.
Working closely with our clients designers and subject matter experts, the Junior eLearning Designer will be responsible for creating online courses, videos, and other digital learning resources to support the growing Skillshub digital content library and assist with bespoke eLearning client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
·Testing and maintaining eLearning content to ensure it is functioning correctly and meets quality standards
·Developing and implementing assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of eLearning content
·Creating engaging and interactive eLearning content using various authoring tools
·Collaborating with instructional designers and subject matter experts to design and develop effective eLearning materials
·Troubleshooting technical issues related to eLearning delivery
·Managing and organising eLearning content and materials
·Utilising multimedia elements such as audio, video, and animation to enhance the learning experience
·Keeping up-to-date with the latest eLearning trends and technologies
·Working with a team to create and implement eLearning projects
·Liaising with clients to distribute content
Required Experience/Skills:
·Experience in using editing software
·Have experience in either computer science, graphic design, multimedia or similar
·Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
·A keen eye with attention to detail in visual composition
·A can-do attitude with the drive to want to progress in the eLearning industry
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advantageous – Not Essential
·An understanding of Learning Management Systems
·Experience using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe captivate, and others.
·Familiarity with eLearning standards and best practices such as SCORM and AICC
·Proficient in using adobe cloud software such as Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop
