About this role
Full time, 3 days a week together in our London Digital Hub (flexible 2 days wherever).

In this job, you’ll support a Product Owner(s) and their squad(s). You’ll support at squad level which is a team of cross functional colleagues focused on improving a KPI(s), product, process or journey(s).
The exact digital products in the scope of any of our roles will evolve over time. We will assign you to support squad(s) based upon a combination of your background, your development needs and interest and the business need. Example squad(s) we operate today are; BT TV & Sport Acquisition Merchandising and My EE App Android.
You'll have the following responsibilities
  • You’ll input into a roadmap and backlog for the squad(s).
  • You’ll input into prioritisation of activities for the squad(s) based upon achieving validated learning as quickly as possible and maximising customer value.
  • You’ll help understand the product performance of your squad and expected to assist it.
  • You’ll communicate clearly, transparently and concisely with stakeholders.
  • You’ll have a collaborative way of working, within, and across squads.
You'll have the following skills & experience
