Jardine Motors Group are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Manager to support across Group Digital and the CRM Marketing Teams.
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in achieving our business objectives through digital marketing. You'll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager (Website & E-commerce) to create, execute, and measure campaigns, optimise website content and user experience, and drive online and offline sales.
This role is remote based, however travel to dealerships and offices are required on an ad-hoc basis, typically once or twice per week.
A snapshot of the role:
- Enhance website aesthetics, user experience, and functionality. Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, develop best practices, and maximise website effectiveness.
- Update website content using CMS. Create engaging content and execute marketing campaigns. Coordinate with suppliers for copywriting and images.
- Optimise customer experience across devices using digital experience platforms.
- Develop e-commerce capabilities for vehicles, parts, and accessories. Manage platform providers and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimise on-page, outreach, and technical SEO components.
- Test Jardine Motors Group website across devices, track and resolve issues with suppliers.
About you and your experience:
- 2+ years of CMS experience (Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.)
- Experience in user experience optimisation and measurable conversion improvements.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and SEO principles.
- Knowledge of digital marketing elements (websites, mobile, social media, search, etc.).
- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and innovate.
- Strong organisational and deadline management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Usability testing experience would be desirable.
