We are hiring!
We are seeking a well organised and result driven CRM Sales Advisor to cover Northern Ireland. The Ideal candidate would be heavily customer experience focused, be comfortable with product upselling with a preferable sales background, be an excellent communicator and be able to engage customers at a business to business level.
As a CRM Sales Advisor you will be contacting existing customers to gauge our current service levels, problem solving when any issues come to light, upselling any products or services that would be applicable to that business and accurately keep the CRM system up to date with accurate information. You will need excellent attention to detail and the ability to liaise confidently with both customers and colleagues.

Skills, experience and personality
Managing new and existing business relationships with key stakeholders and additional contacts
Keeping customers updated on the latest products and services to help increase sales
Manage your own outbound calls in a timely manner
Securing business appointments for our National Sales Team to follow up
Working towards KPIs including call volume and quality targets
