My client is a well-established Agile Business Transformations consultancy. This position is part-time (2.5 days per week), and the salary range of £24k-£34k according to experience is pro-rata.
As a Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Social Media Management: Manage and optimize our internal social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
Online Presence Enhancement: Develop strategies to enhance the online presence and authority of our websites through effective search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, backlinking, and content optimization.
SEO Article Writing: Create SEO-optimized articles for our websites and LinkedIn profiles, showcasing expertise in niche consultancies and driving organic traffic.
Copywriting: Craft compelling and engaging copy for various marketing collaterals, including website pages, landing pages, emails, and social media posts, adhering to brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
Key Results Focus: Work towards achieving Key Results (KRs) aligned with internal objectives, ensuring measurable success and contributing to the overall growth of their digital presence.
Bonus-driven Performance: Strive to exceed performance expectations and contribute to the team's success, with the potential for a bonus based on our team's Key Results achieved.
Graphic Design: Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing and brand-consistent marketing materials, such as social media graphics, infographics, and email templates.
JIRA Proficiency: Possess in-depth knowledge of JIRA, utilizing the platform to manage and track digital marketing projects, tasks, and deadlines effectively.
Google Sheets Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Google Sheets, templates, design for data analysis, reporting, and supporting the creation of templates for streamlined processes.
Search Engine and Social Media Advertising: Leverage expertise in search engine advertising (e.g., Google Ads) and social media advertising (e.g., LinkedIn Ads) to develop and implement effective ad campaigns that drive results.
Management of digital events, webinars, seminars and Linkedin live broadcasts to a variety of audiences.
Requirements:
Previous experience (1-2 years) in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, content management, and engagement strategies.
Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, backlinking, and keyword research.
Excellent writing and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt content to various platforms and target audiences.
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in JIRA project management platform.
Graphic design skills and experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Proficient in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with search engine advertising (e.g., Google Ads) and social media advertising (e.g., LinkedIn Ads) platforms.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing.
