Client Marketing Manager
Salary: £40,000 pa
Location: Remote, UK with travel
Passionate about brand building and marketing strategy? We are seeking a talented Client Marketing Manager with experience in B2C marketing and talent attraction in a recruitment setting. This is an exciting opportunity to own the talent attraction and recruitment strategy for our Key Client accounts.The role is home-based with travel to client sites when required.

What will you be doing?
As the Client Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Client Solutions and Account Directors, using research tools and techniques to map out solutions and tactics to understand which talent pipeline strategies will be most appropriate. You will be responsible for defining, implementing, managing, and reporting on multi-channel recruitment marketing activities to support talent attraction and engagement.
To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience of talent attraction and creating talent pipelines within a recruitment setting. You should also have experience in a mix of marketing channels - evidence of niche targeting and local marketing desirable. Having worked with Adobe Creative Suite, Volcanic, Broadbean, and Leadoo is desirable but not essential.
The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal and relationship building skills with a proven track record of successfully managing a complex network of stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication both written and verbally, along with highly creative skills, are a must. Technology literacy and the ability to pick up new technologies and innovations quickly are key, along with good planning and organizing skills, research and analysis skills, and excellent presentation skills, both in design and delivery.
