Want to see your designs worn by millions? As a Junior Designer at ASOS, you’ll be plugged into 20-something culture and on the pulse of the latest fashion and trends that our customers love.

The Design Team look for inspiration all around the world, along with street style, vintage shopping, music, art, the catwalk and all things creative, to design the latest product for the range. It’s all about newness and finding and designing the most exciting product for our 20-something customer, whatever their style.
You will be…
- Developing and designing product ranges
- Researching trends and directions for product ranges
- Taking ownership and responsibility for your area which includes independent research, product development and range builds
- Working closely with Buying teams to range product
- Working with the technical team, advising factories on construction, details and artworks
- Sourcing from the supply base and building relationship with suppliers
- Traveling and researching for directional and comparative trend and product direction
- Reacting to sales information and designing commercially relevant fashion forward range
We’d love to meet, someone with…
- Previous experience in Menswear/Womenswear footwear brand for an aspirational brand or similar High Street retailer
- Experience working across multiple categories (formal/casual styling)
- Strong commercial handwriting and understanding of the ASOS Brand and Customer
- Computer Skills: Photoshop, Adobe, CAD
- Self-Motivation & Enthusiasm
- Fashion forward ideas
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers and others at all levels
- Willingness to travel for Supplier meetings and inspirational purposes
