Job description
Purpose of the role
To work within our design department, solving briefs and collaborating on projects with the wider creative team and beyond. We work with global brands on a broad range of projects including campaign, film, brand and retail. This role needs someone engaged by interesting creative challenges and opportunities.

Who we’d love to hire
A junior with a background in design, looking for an opportunity in a creative agency environment. Who brings a confident design perspective and visual thinking to creative challenges. An individual with imagination, personality and ideas, as well as:
- Interest in print, digital, typography and motion applications (examples would be good to see)
- Confidence in working independently, and as part of a team
- A can-do attitude – flexible, resourceful and solution-focused
- Ability to clearly communicate thinking to colleagues and clients, whether written, verbal or graphical
- Adobe Creative Suite skills
Preferred but not essential:
- Figma and Sketch would be beneficial
- Ability to create motion and animation using after effects would be of high interest to us
- Some experience with Microsoft software
