Job description
This is a temporary role for a CAD Technician for approximately 3 months for a company who design and install underfloor heating systems.
Company
The company has been trading for over 25 years as a building services subcontractor specialising in low carbon, sustainable heating solutions for buildings. They design and install underfloor heating systems for a range of construction projects typically for schools, hospitals or for the residential sector.
The Role
Working from architectural drawings to take measurements and produce 2D layout drawings for underfloor heating systems.
Experience Required
Ability to use CAD software, able to take measurements off drawings, create and annotate new files.
Previous experience with heating, electrical or mechanical systems is not essential as this can be taught.
Remuneration
Negotiable, depending on experience from £10.80 – £14.00 per hour PAYE.
