We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Representative to join our Suspense team within the Products & Proposition area.

The role
The Suspense business area is a pivotal part of the company and within the team we act with integrity and due diligence to ensure accuracy in every element of our work. As a Junior Data Analyst within Suspense you will have the opportunity to work as part of team to deliver on our goals to reduce suspense and improve customer journeys. As of 1st January 2023 Suspense Account Management has been part of Product & Proposition, which gives a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a new and exciting, closer collaboration within the teams.
What are we looking for?
As a Junior Data Analyst within the Suspense area you will work across a variety of departments and areas to cleanse the data of policies increasing automation capabilities and ensuing accuracy of customer data.
You will need to be comfortable in following processes but also be confident to challenge these where they do not support delivery of good customer outcomes. You will be required to support colleagues within other areas with any queries they have and in doing so, call out any trends you are seeing where we can support those areas with development.
You will need to be a problem solver, working out the best option to get the policy back on track. Regular development is key so we expect you to keep up to date with the product and process knowledge required for the role.
You will report into a Team Leader who will support you with your goals and development but we will expect you to drive your development.
There is a degree of flexibility required in the role to ensure we are meeting customer and business needs, so adaptability to changing circumstances is needed.
Finally, as the role involves reducing suspense you need to have high attention to detail and ability to think analytically.

This role is in scope of the transformation of our Reassure business by 2026.
Over the next three years, we’ll be moving our customers to a new technology platform. This means that over time, some roles will be in scope for redundancy or redeployment across the group. We’d love for you to join us and gain great experience and we’ll do all we can to mitigate compulsory redundancies. Given that this project will cover a number of years, we’re still looking for talented individuals to join us and will continue to keep all colleagues informed of any direct impacts as we move through this process.
