Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours – Monday to Friday
Location: Letchworth
Salary: £30k per year
This is a new and exciting role, the main purpose of which is to lead a small warehouse team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the company’s production facility’s warehouse section, including goods in, goods out and storage.
Job Description:
- Overseeing all day-to-day staffing including training, performance monitoring and team-building.
- Ensuring all stock deliveries are handled swiftly and accurately, and arranging quality checks and shipping of post-production stock.
- Identify and implement improvements to current processes.
- Keeping the warehouse, wider premises, and equipment clean, tidy, safe, and organised.
- Arranging biannual and rolling stock checks.
- Upholding existing and identifying further Health & Safety practices.
Skills:
- Supervisory (or greater) experience in an operational environment.
- Enthusiasm for developing product and wider business knowledge.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills.
- High level of confidence using IT, including Office and stock management software (full training provided on internal systems).
- Full UK driving license (preferred, not essential).
