The Role: Change Management Analyst

The Team:
The Organization Change Management Team exists to prepare, support, and equip our people to successfully adopt change by providing an innovative, effective, and sustainable change management that aligns to the business goals and accelerates growth for Market Intelligence. Our Key focus areas are; defining, driving and delivering the change management programs for the entire suite of tools and technology used by MI Division commercial users with solid success metrics and KPIs for change and adoption. Additionally, we ensure there is relevant governance & executive sponsorship for change, including interaction with senior management, advisory groups, working groups, champions, super users/ end users while providing effective communications and engagement.

The Impact:
The OCM team supports / provides change management expertise to several large complex transformational projects. This includes a Salesforce migration and consolidation (Cumulus) plus CPQ and billing upgrades (Sunrise), many smaller projects, and business as usual change. The OCM team will collaborate with Sales Leaders and individuals in order to define the change impacts of any planned change (H,M,L) and to ensure there is sufficient planning and awareness of any change project and is duly recorded in the master change road map within change control guidelines. The OCM team applies a structured methodology to achieve successful organizational change management, including for significant projects, new technologies, major system consolidation projects, and BAU including system upgrades, releases, and announcements.

What's in it for you:
At any given time, this role will be assisting with the change management success for several large, complex transformational projects, many smaller projects, and business as usual change. The role’s primary focus is to support the documentation of change impacts, preparation of change reporting / dashboarding, delivering of change training for colleagues. The role will require close collaboration with other managers and teams across the Division, as well as in supporting Finance functions.

Responsibilities:
Work with the Change Director to support the design of the organization change management program accordingly
Conduct Change Impact Assessments and Business Readiness analysis for impacted teams
Operate withing the Change Management methodology as directed by the OCM Director to effect change (PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar)
Conduct Stakeholder analysis and provide insight to Stakeholder buy-in to the Change program and prepare reports as required and to draw meaningful change data insights
Track quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure change readiness and support effective communication and engagement activities by creating compelling change content
Prepare for meetings with the change networks within the Division with timely program information/updates and change management guidance. Sending agendas, meeting notes
Involvement in User Acceptance testing and Aftercare activities
Preparation and writing up of change impact assessments/completion reports
Gather lessons learnt from other change programs and adoption of OCM best practice across MI
Collaborating with various MI Commercial teams and Stakeholder on ad-hoc projects as necessary

Basic Knowledge areas and skillset:
Confident, reliable, self-motivated individual
Experience of change management methods & tools (ADKAR & PROSCI)
Good stakeholder management and engagement skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to solve complex problems that require data analysis skills such as change impact assessments
Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions for resolving operational and financial problems
Strong attention to detail and analytical ability with an inquisitive mind
Ability to work independently and as a fully contributing member of a team
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Preferred Knowledge Area:
Knowledge of PROSCI & ADKAR, APMG, Agile Change methods
Ability to build Change Trackers and Dashboards in Agile

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in relevant field

Preferred Qualifications:
Masters in Change Management, Communication or Psychology

Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US candidates) :

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $ 49,400 to $ 98,200 . Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
