Job Summary
The Junior Analyst will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision making across the company. This position will be critical in analysing data, creating detailed reports, and presenting actionable insights to various teams.
There may be a requirement to work across local Panthera sites as required from time to time.
Role and responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret complex data sets, utilising Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed.
- Design and build custom Excel reports to meet the specific needs of the business.
- Collaborate with various teams (finance, operations etc) to understand their reporting needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Assist with data validation, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all reports generated.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve reporting efficiencies.
- Present data insights in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work with the Operations team to review study specific delivery reports
- Familiarity with SQL and the ability to extract and analyse data from various sources is a plus.
- Experience or familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting is advantageous, though not required.
Skills and capabilities for this role:
· Ability to work on detailed and complex Excel spreadsheets
· Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment often to strict deadlines
· Ability to multi-task, keeping track of numerous activities and responsibilities at any one time
· Analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Strong customer service orientation
· Flexible, hardworking, proactive and willingness approach to work with a positive attitude
