iProov is looking for a Data Analyst specialising in threat intelligence/cyber security to join the growing Biometric SOC team. You will ensure consistency and adoption of key company metrics as well as identify areas for improvement.
The Data Analyst will report to the Biometric SOC Lead within the Threat Intelligence department and will be based in iProov’s London headquarters, with a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor imagery from production traffic to detect patterns of fraudulent behaviour.
- Help in developing fraud detection systems using advanced AI methodologies
- Communicate fraud intelligence both internally and externally.
- Contribute to the broader biometric security strategy of the company.
- Establish solid pipelines for extracting and reporting insights using a variety of modalities
- Solid experience with Python and SQL (1-2yrs minimum)
- Knowledgeable with GCP and BigQuery
- Experience with data visualisation and dashboarding using specialised tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) will be an advantage
- Strong academic background in a STEM subject or strong working experience at a relevant sector (2-3yrs minimum)
- Confident in exploring, investigating, and analysing large datasets.
- Highly numerate, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
