Title : Junior Data Analyst
The Purpose (of the role):
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will report to the Customer Support Manager in the UK On Trade Sales and Operations department of the Drinks Dispense team. Your main responsibilities will include supporting various projects focused on digitization, artificial intelligence, and application development. You will also be responsible for co-ordinating monthly reports focused on finance, productivity, and project completion, as well as identifying opportunities to develop and implement new processes and ways of working within Drinks Dispense.

The role:
  • Support with various projects including digitization, artificial intelligence and application development.
  • To co-ordinate monthly reports focused on finance, productivity and project completion.
  • To identify opportunities to develop and implement new processes and ways of working within Drinks Dispense.
  • Work alongside the Raise the Bar Specialist and Business Analyst to create meaningful reporting for the Drinks Dispense team and UK On Trade department.
  • To Support all areas of Brand dispense operation in being a central point of contact for reporting and analytic queries.
  • Supporting in the day-to-day administration of the Drinks Dispense department including but not limited to; project management, clerical tasks as identified, supporting the Strategic Operations Support team and managing shared inboxes.
  • The role will require the delivery of effective & accurate reports detailing status updates on all MBMS tasks, financial tracking an monitoring, flagging any gaps and issues.
  • Any other business need task that ensure On Trade and Drinks Dispense compliance both internally and externally is to the highest standards.
