In this Junior Bid Writer role, you will be joining an award-winning management consultancy that specialises in bid consulting. They work with organisations of all shapes and sizes from the world's largest outsourcing companies to social enterprises and charities.! They have a global impact working with clients across the UK, Canada and Australia and have secured over 1.5 billion for their clients. Currently, they are a team of 30 bid writers and consultants bringing expertise across justice, welfare, home affairs, education, healthcare, and government.

Job description - Junior Bid Writer
As a Junior Bid Writer, you will support their clients through writing compelling and winning bid proposals! You will be trained to learn different aspects of designing, developing and implementing new public services.

Key responsibilities - Junior Bid Writer
You will work with a team of subject matter experts ad other writers to:
  • Writing compelling, winning bids under the support of the Engagement Lead, producing high-quality consistent bid responses!
  • Analysing client requirements including supporting with compliance and scoring
  • Helping to identify win themes and storyboarding to shape the content of responses
  • Accessing knowledge resources from subject matter experts to craft responses to specific client questions, backed up with evidence and case studies
  • Working collaboratively to provide editorial support to other bid writers
  • Developing presentations to support client meetings
  • Supporting the final bid production process
  • Managing and sustaining resource library through MS Sharepoint

Job requirements - Junior Bid Writer
  • Intelligent, articulate, and self-motivated
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
  • A team player
  • Able to demonstrate a strong intellectual capability
  • Exceptionally literate, with a flair for communicating complex arguments
  • Skilled at IT
  • Highly analytical
  • Creative in your thinking.
