This critical role will build and grow the foundation for our ability to translate feature and business model needs to meet player satisfaction, retention, and acquisition goals. As the EP of Live Operations, you will work to form a powerful team and ensure the success of the studio by balancing value and capability to deliver an engaging player experience and meet our financial goals.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced Executive or Senior Producer of Live Operations who is comfortable managing the game's content releases, events, and updates to ensure that players are engaged and retained while achieving engagement and revenue goals. They have a passion for games and for their team creating growth and opportunities for their success while maintaining a balanced production capacity.

Key Duties:

  • Lead the development of the live operations strategy and roadmap to build the best player experience for the game.
  • Drive the delivery of high-quality, engaging content updates and events that align with the game's vision and goals, while ensuring timely release schedules and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and lead the live operations teams, including game designers, developers, and content creators.
  • Analyse player data and feedback to inform the development of new content and events that drive player retention and engagement collaborating closely product managers, community managers, and game analysts.
  • Work closely with the game's community to ensure player feedback is heard and addressed, and that the community is engaged and informed about upcoming updates and events.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure the game is optimized for player retention, monetization, and engagement, while staying within budgetary constraints.
  • Analyse and report on key performance indicators and use data to inform decisions and improve the game's performance.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in live operations as a Senior producer or related field, with a track record of success in managing and delivering updates and events for free-to-play PC video games.
  • Deep understanding of free-to-play game design and monetization strategies, and experience with live operations tools and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the video game industry.
