Job Overview:
You would be responsible for supporting our clients across the products and services provided, reporting to the Client Services Manager, as well as assisting the Client Service Manager with all support and marketing related activities to ensure client satisfaction. Creating templates, selecting the client’s data criteria, and scheduling the marketing to go out at a set time. Answering the support phone line and assisting with client requests.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
· Ensuring support queries are dealt with in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
· Provide training and demonstrations of our products to clients when required.
· Maintain support systems with technical and non-technical issues.
· Setup marketing campaigns within our products to the criteria and time frame requested
· Collaborate across the business to improve departments
· Analyse and report product issues and complete internal testing

· First line support and/or HTML coding advantageous but not essential.
