Computershare are currently looking to recruit a Junior Customer Software Support Analyst to support their web-based systems for a range of their professional services clients.
The main application you will be supporting is used by the Company Secretarial, Legal and Financial Departments of large and small Companies to ensure that their legal compliance requirements are dealt with in an efficient manner.

This role will be based in our Central London office 5 days a week with some flexibility offered in relation to working from home.
A role you will love
Primarily a client services role, you will be responsible for providing telephone and email support to our Clients in the EMEA region, in the use of our web based software application GEMS, BoardWorks and CIMS.
This means that no two days will be the same and you will be solving a variety of software issues whilst maintaining a highly professional level of communication to Computershare’s clients.
Some other key responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to identify technical and application issues, develop a detailed work plan to address identified issues, estimate resource requirements and deliver a resolution to identified issues
- Participate in the managing of contracted client upgrades and installations; including diagnostics at the application, database and operating system levels where possible
- When required, deliver standardised training to clients on the effective use of the application
- Participate in reviews of compliance requirements, general product development feedback, overview of end-to-end application testing, User Acceptance Testing
What will you bring to the role?
You will be comfortable communicating clearly and professionally to clients who are often at Company Secretarial to Board level. This means that your excellent written and verbal communication will maintain the highest levels of customer service whilst maintaining client satisfaction and managing client expectations.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Progressive customer service experience in an Application or Professional Services organisation with working knowledge of customer service methodologies
- Ability to maintain client satisfaction and manage client expectations
- Knowledge of Corporate Governance and Entity Management policies, guidelines, and workflows for medium to large organisations is an advantage
- Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
