Summary
About us
Dyson is growing fast and our ambition is huge – more categories, more locations and more people. Our technology is unique and complex, so it’s up to us to explain it clearly. Working in-house, directly with engineers and the broader business, we create inspirational communications that showcase our technology. Our Studio Team is growing and is responsible for quality and delivery across a range of channels, online and offline, incorporating more channels and expanding its remit.
We're committed to our campus culture and don’t look to offer a regular hybrid working arrangement. This helps us to achieve the spirit of Dyson – collaboration, creativity, and inventiveness – in our inspiring, social, and dynamic workspaces.
About the role
Working as part of the Studio Team, collaborating with the other artworkers, you will be taking design concepts from our creative development teams and preparing them for print. This may involve reworking or fixing the design, including colours, typography, placements, and any inconsistencies. A can-do attitude is important in this role. You will be proactive in highlighting any issues reporting to the Senior Artworker and have the confidence to ask for help as and when required, actively taking on advice to grow in your role. You will be comfortable working on your own initiative or helping the other artworkers, getting involved with the checking of set-up and pre-flights of assets, originally created by your colleagues, prior to delivery, to maintain high standards.
You must be comfortable taking verbal instruction as well as working from written briefs and following style guides and print specifications.

- Ensure all work adheres to Dyson Brand Graphic Design guidelines
- Correct and format assets to a formal style guide

- Accurately fulfil detailed production briefs, both written and verbal
