We are looking for somebody bright and ambitious at an early stage in their career to join our corporate reporting and ESG advisory team, delivering outstanding work for our industry-leading client list of FTSE 100 and 250 companies.

We have several openings for a Junior Consultant, Investor and ESG Communications and we are looking for individuals interested in sustainability and corporate reporting communications eager to work with large FTSE100 and FTSE 250 companies from day one, and support them in shaping their communications strategy.
Our offices are at the Fulham Palace in Putney, a Grade 1 listed building within Bishop’s Park in Putney, and we have a hybrid model of working at the office and from home.
Key Responsibilities
You will work with our senior consultants and directors supporting communications strategy consultancy projects with blue chip companies. Typical assignments include:
- Reviewing and assessing companies’ external communications through different channels focusing on the Annual Report/ Sustainability Reports and wider reporting suite
- Producing draft client peers’ presentations (e.g. for pitching or delivering client work)
- Conducting data collection and research for external or internal workstreams (e.g. materiality assessments or internal research pieces)
- Maintaining our databases of best practice examples in corporate and sustainability reporting.
- Keeping up to date with legal and regulatory changes, consultations and Government initiatives to ensure that the team is always in a position to provide best-in-class advice to clients
- Supporting our external thought leadership programme (if applicable).
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Researching, assessing and reviewing companies’ external communications (e.g. Annual Reports; Sustainability Reports etc.)
- Producing draft client peers’ presentations (e.g. for pitching or delivering client work)
- Conducting data collection and research for internal workstreams (e.g. for the Complete 100)
- Keeping up to date with regulatory and market developments in space of Regulated Reporting/ ESG/ Sustainability
Qualifications, experience & skills:
- A good university degree, Master’s degree is desired but not essential
- Ideally work experience within communications or business consultancy
- Interest in understanding economic and societal issues, the evolving stakeholders needs and how they are impacting businessExcellent writing and presentation skills

- You have strong work ethic and client-service mindset. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple parallel tasks is key to succeeding in this role
- You have good interpersonal skills, consider yourself a confident communicator and presenter and can build trust and respect both externally and internally
- You have a ‘can do’ attitude with an innate ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team
- You enjoy being part of a team and actively contribute to it
