Your Role:
As a Junior Civil Engineer specialising in water-related disciplines, you'll be exposed to a wide range of exciting projects, allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You'll play a key role in overseeing the full cycle of projects, gaining valuable experience, and taking on increasing levels of responsibility. What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Senior Engineers to contribute to the design, planning, and execution of water-related projects.
- Assist in conducting feasibility studies, producing technical designs, and managing construction-phase project activities.
- Conduct detailed site assessments, risk assessments, and environmental impact assessments.
- Utilise cutting-edge technology and software to create accurate and efficient designs.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and exceed expectations.

About You:
- A recent graduate with at least one year’s experience as a Civil Engineer.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A strong interest in water-related disciplines, with a desire to specialise in this sector.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage projects with accountability.
