There are 7 full-time posts available, 6 permanent posts and one post on a fixed-term basis until 28th June 2024.
These roles will be based in Education and Academic Services, working in teams supporting our students and our academic colleagues. We have a number of full-time roles available at our Exeter campuses and have both open-ended and fixed-term opportunities.
These roles offer the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
The role
Education Support Administrator
Our Education Support roles help to provide all key administration and education support activities for our students. You will work as part of the Education Support team which focuses on supporting teaching and learning administration – for example helping our students with queries around their programmes of study, supporting coursework and assessment and helping our students who need access to welfare/wellbeing services. This team works collaboratively across multiple locations and across three campuses.
All staff within Education Support are expected to work on-campus as well as from home, on a rota basis. You will be asked initially to work from campus for up to 4 days per week, whilst training is completed.

You will :
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Have fantastic IT skills
- Be a great communicator with a strong customer service focus
- Be someone who can work with databases and information
- Be able to work proactively in a team
- Be able to work on multiple priorities
- Have high service standards
- Have great attention to detail
