We are a beautiful, independent venue recently opened on Mill Lane. We are looking for an enthusiastic junior chef, with a passion for food that is hard working and joyful to join our busy gin and cocktail bar.
Our venue is the most instagrammable venue in town, we produce a high quality food daytime to evening venue. This is a superb opportunity for passionate junior chef to join our team now and be a part of us from the beginning.
Your job duties will include:
- Working with the head chef on a daily basis
· Ensure you are maintaining a clean and safe environment in accordance with Food Hygiene
· Supporting with management of stock control and rotation
· Maintaining high levels of Food hygiene
· Completing daily records and admin duties
· Preparing food within a timely manner
· Have a passion for food
· Team Player and able to motivate team members
· Able to have creativity for seasonal menus
Salary to be negotiated depending on experience

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cardiff, CF10 1FL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
