More about your role

This role is part of our 2023 graduate programme, known internally as our Emerging Talent programme. As our Junior Change Analyst you'll support with the organisation with effective change delivery. You will join the Group Transformation Team in establishing principles, standards & framework for effective change delivery, playing a critical part in the overall success of the organisation. You will develop a robust understanding of the Places for People business, people, processes, department strategies, current and future changes and develop and maintain one source of truth around stakeholders across the organisation, understanding the changes they are involved in, their change capability and identifying and organising support and development interventions where required to support colleagues through the change lifecycle.

This role is an agile role with an expectation that you will need to travel. The start date for this role is September 2023 which will include a week long induction in Leeds including introductions to the Executive Team, a tour of Places for People housing stock & social opportunities for you to meet the rest of the 2023 Emerging Talent cohort.

The two-year programme will support you to develop the core skills, behaviours and technical ability to develop into a successful Change Analyst.

More about you

You'll be educated to a graduate-level with a degree within a related specialism such as Business as well as having knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office programmes.

The successful applicant will be analytical in their approach to data and be able to support individual businesses in understanding their readiness for change as well as having a broader overview of the collective change programmes. The candidate will confident & comfortable enough to coach and support more senior members of staff.
