About the role
As we embark on our next phase of growth we are looking for a Growth Executive to help expand and optimise our performance marketing efforts for our three core brands - Equals Money, FairFX and Card One Money.
The Equals Group is in a period of rapid growth, having had another record-breaking year of trading in 2022. We are also in a period of feature release, with virtual card, cashflow management capabilities, third party integrations and more - offering huge opportunities for acquiring new customers.

You are innovative, driven and inquisitive, embracing a test and learn mentality. You work with the team on new digital marketing opportunities and help to drive efficiency gains. You can take responsibility for projects and most importantly execute them. You’ve got an interest in data, automations, systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
You will work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, Senior Affiliates Growth Manager & Website Growth Manager.
You can be based near our London office, near Mansion House. We have a flexible working policy and won't be expecting you in the office every day if that’s not how you work best. There will be some expectation of travel to other Group and Customer locations.
Responsibilities
As a member of the Digital Marketing team (reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing) - this role is centered around supporting the team in expanding and optimising our digital marketing acquisition models across our three core brands (Equals Money, FairFX & Card One Money).Work closely with the HoDM on Paid Search & Paid Social for each brand, creating and testing new campaigns, whilst continuously optimising existing campaigns.
Work closely with the Website Growth Manager on SEO projects to boost our organic search performance.
Work closely with the Senior Affiliates Manager on Digital Affiliates projects to increase performance.
Reporting on campaign performance, metrics & KPIs.
Work closely with the Content & Designs Teams to ensure creatives are always up-to-date, on-brand & optimised.

Key skills & experience
Please note this is a generalist role and a great opportunity to enhance your knowledge across a wide range of digital marketing disciplines, therefore we are only looking for previous experience in a few of the below key skills & experiences.
Data-driven - you are naturally analytical and make decisions based on data.Self-starter - you are ambitious and are keen to execute new ideas & initiatives.
B2B & B2C - experience in both environments welcomed.
Paid Social - experience creating & optimising successful campaigns via LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads etc.
Paid Search - experience creating & optimising successful campaigns via Google Ads & Microsoft Ads.
Digital Affiliates - experiencing managing digital affiliate relationships.
Display/Native - experience buying traffic from native advertising platforms welcomed but not essential.
CRM - use of CRM software e.g. HubSpot
Tracking & Analytics - knowledge of tracking and using analytics platforms to gain performance insights e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager
SEO - knowledge of the core principles of SEO & its role in driving organic traffic.
FinTech - previous experience in FinTech or B2B SaaS is a huge bonus.
