We are looking to recruit a Junior CGI Artist to join our Studio Team. This is an exciting role, Based in our Elland DC, the ScS Studio is the main content creation tool for the business and ultimately responsible for driving footfall and online sales through Imagery, Video and 3D.
What’s the opportunity?
The ScS in-house studio is expanding and we require someone with a hunger to learn, drive to succeed and an eye for detail.
This position is a great start to a career in 3D content creation. We will hone your skills to enable you to create photo-realistic 3D models. Working closely with our 3D team, you will enhance your already solid knowledge of 3DSMax, V-Ray and Substance to create content for our digital platforms.
What does the role involve?
- Generating 3D assets
- Regular audit of 3D assets on website
- QC of incoming stock
- Ordering fabrics to support asset creation and accuracy
- 3D Scanning Product and Fabrics for modelling
- General digital housekeeping
- 3D Scanning new products
- Recreating our new product in 3D by Modelling and texturing, whilst being in the unique position to quality check new product ranges
- Maintaining 3D digital assets to ensure they work across all platforms and are still relevant.
Who are we looking for?
- 3ds Max, Blender, Vray and Substance
- Willingness to learn
- Experience within a similar role would be advantageous but not essential
- Admin experience
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Problem solver, logical thinker
- Team Player
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
