Job description
This is an exciting and unusual opportunity to join our Central Operations team on a fast track to real responsibility. We are looking for an exceptional graduate who is looking for a role with real management responsibility and to learn what it takes to run a successful business in today’s digital landscape.
Based in our dynamic and rapidly expanding multimedia company in central London, you will be reporting directly to the Financial Director and COO, with regular exposure to the CEO. Following a rigorous three-month training period, you will learn and apply contemporary management theory, be capable of assessing real-world problems and visualizing elegant solutions. You will be responsible for implementing real change and improvement through the production, development and maintenance of both performance-management and finance-based systems. We then expect the successful candidate to specialize across one or more of the group’s businesses, with scope for rapid career growth.
You will be part of a team charged with the goal of improving the operation and efficiency of our diverse range of businesses, and on a pathway to a rapidly advancing career. We are looking for candidates who possess the entrepreneurial spirit, commercial awareness and technical ability to make things happen and take our systems to the next level.
