Job description
Responsibilities
- Detail-oriented approach to assess and resolve product- and data-related inquiries raised by stakeholders and clients
- Investigate exemplar issues in order to determine underlying causes and develop problem-resolution approaches
- Establish, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators to assess progress
- Elicit requirements and feedback from internal and external constituents
- Translate requirements into user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Understand product feature goals and describe key use cases
Skills & Experience
- Passionate about problem-solving and client management
- Ability to grasp and tackle complex issues
- You love speaking with customers and translating their needs into functional capabilities
- You are motivated and committed to completing tasks from start to finish
- Capable of efficiently gathering information
- Desire to help people understand the value of regulatory technology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An interest in software application design and technology
- 1-2 years of analysis experience
- Financial services industry preferred
