Job purpose:
In this role, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of ETL SYSTEMS' software products. You will work closely with software developers and other departments to identify and resolve software defects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company offering innovative satellite communications infrastructure solutions.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience developing test plans for new products, including automation testing.
Essential requirements:
- Testing physical HMI, Web UI and M2M inferences.
- Conduct vulnerability scans and penetration testing including forming specific injection attacks based on white box product knowledge.
- Commercial experience using JavaScript and HTML
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans for our software.
- Conduct manual and automated tests to identify and resolve software defects
- Work with software developers to reproduce and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure software quality standards are met
- Maintain document test procedures and results
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on software quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in software testing
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
