Junior Business Analyst - City Centre Birmingham, UK
For our Junior Business Analyst role, we are looking for ambitious individuals who are able to represent our clients with both professionalism and enthusiasm. This role is ideal for candidates with entry level experience that want to progress further. All necessary product training is provided for successful candidates.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership qualities and teamwork capabilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work unsupervised (self-motivated)
- Excellent time management
- Previous customer service experience beneficial, but not required
The role includes:
- Learning the different marketing strategies used across our marketing channels and putting them into application
- Driving performance in customer service and acquisitions
- Representing clients with the highest level of professionalism
- Build rapport with customers and answer questions effectively
