We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in organisation, clerical work, and customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Processing customer documentation.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Chasing customer documentation using a diary system.
- Helping insurers with questions and documentation requests.
- Gather information about customers' needs and preferences and communicate that information to other customers service representatives.
- Observe proper telephone technique.
