After a year of exceptional growth, we are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join us and help take Loaf's business processes to the next level.
Some of what the job involves:
- Identify root causes of problems affecting customer experience.
- Evaluate impact of sub-optimal processes to prioritize and determine value of fixing them.
- Take ownership of sub-optimal processes and champion solutions with leadership.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create actionable project requests with 3rd parties
- Work with Technology Team, subject matter experts and business leaders to develop a sustainable technology roadmap
- Develop internal reporting to monitor operational system performance
What we would like you to bring to the table:
- In-depth experience with Microsoft Navision or another enterprise-level ERP system
- Experience of working within an E-commerce environment and complex system integration project work
- Strong organizational, time, and project management skills
- Intermediate competency in Microsoft Excel, additional data analysis skills are welcome
- Cross-functional project experience with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive risk identification and solution development
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify root causes and practical solutions
- Proven ability to establish efficient processes and ways of working
- Flexible and able to work under pressure with solid communication and interpersonal skills
