We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales and promotional activities, and helping to maintain the store's appearance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and an understanding of the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide customer service.
- Assist customers in finding the products they need.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Drive sales results throughout building and maintaining a strong and thoroughly updated client portfolio
- Ensure client satisfaction by constantly providing the standards of Bella Ling services and values
- Engage clients by building authentic and long-term relationships, from the welcoming moment to after-sales assistance
- Consistently provide the highest level of professionalism and expertise in all behaviors including communication and teamwork
- Work closely with the Stock team to ensure product availability and meet client requests
- Provide constant feedback on client activity and market trends
- Maintain display and organization of all areas per the visual merchandising guidelines
Client Relationship & Portfolio Development
- Cultivate strong client relationships and develops client loyalty
- Develop efficiently the client portfolio
- Execute targeted CRM actions
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Have great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
- A proven track record of successful achievement within a luxury retail environment
- A sales orientated target driven background
- Excellent customer service credentials
- Experience of dealing effectively with different nationalities and cultural backgrounds
- Fluent in English - ideally one additional language
- IT literate
- A strong communicator
- Result and action oriented with strong entrepreneurial mind-set
- Team-player with empathy and strong interpersonal skill

Salary: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
