Purpose of the job:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Brand Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz! The position sits within the FoodService Marketing Team- reporting into the Senior Brand Manager FoodService International- and is based in London.

Responsibilities:

  • The development and delivery of B2B & B2B2C Communication Campaigns partnering with our creative agency- the IHQ Growth team- FS Portfolio team & support the markets with implementation.
  • Lead our platform of Independent Burger Houses (Heinz Selection)- develop engagement plan & support execution with BUs
  • Support the development of internal marketing trainings to upskill the local teams
  • Be responsible for the B2B digital agenda in the zone
  • Consolidate and share best practices around the zone
  • Develop content for our portfolio together with our Chefs
  • Support in the development of new tools & programs
  • Manage Brand Impression driving projects (e.g. Tingly Ted’s) for new products as realised by the SBM Brand and Growth team via The Engine
  • Manage GBS resources via a monthly review in the coordination of Samples- Sharepoint and Budget – and ensure optimal reports are provided

Specific projects:

  • Develop campaigns promoting our core portfolio or driving talkability for our brand & our customer brands
  • Develop & support execution of the Heinz Selection Campaigns & LTOs Steal with Pride: monthly newsletters & promotion of best practice sharing technology
  • Lead the evaluation of Heinz Selection platform
  • Finalisation of new Heinz Selection merchandise
  • Content development
  • Support BUs with B2B Digital plans
  • The Engine brand impressions market tests and multi-BU launches (if tests achieved)

Key teams you will be collaborating with include; International FS team (Innovation & Sales)- Local FS team- Capabilities team- Growth team- Finance as well as external marketing- media- production agencies and GBS.

Experience and Qualifications required:

  • Educated to bachelor’s degree level- Masters nice to have
  • 1-2 years in marketing experience
  • Experience in F&B companies appreciated
  • Moderate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • An eye for good design
