The role:
Responsibilities:
- Aid in the management, support and development of individual bids.
- Creation of a Bid Plan that defines the resources required to complete the bid, the actions that each bid team member is required to complete and the deadlines
- Securing the required resources by gaining ‘buy in’ from the relevant manager
- Support sales by providing relevant materials and content and develop their skills to respond directly to bids.
- Contribute to the daily operation of the central Bid Team, including sharing common tasks.
- Choreograph the delivery of bid responses, presenting QA and its services in a way that clearly maps to client needs.
Experience of:
- Proposal development in a services environment.
- Leading/winning bid opportunities.
- Preparing and editing high quality written content.
- Solution development and facilitation
- Public and private sector bids, in both storyboard and prose formats.
- Structured proposal methodologies, such as Shipley.
- Proposal governance
- Portals (bravo/jaggaer, delta, ariba etc)
