Salary: M1 – UPS3 + SEN allowance (£2,384)

Reporting to: Headteacher
Responsible for: Learning support staff
The Children, Staff and Governing Board at Aspiring Foundations Federated Nursery Schools are looking to appoint a confident, inspirational and experienced SENCo to join our team.
Following the restructure of our Senior Leadership Team, a new position has been created within our Federation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality early years education and SEN support to our children.
We are seeking a SENCo who:
- Provides high quality strategic leadership to ensure that all SEND children across the Federation make substantial and sustained progress from their different starting points
- Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with EYFS experience
- Has the ability to support staff to develop and deliver learning programmes for children with SEN
- Has good communication skills and an ability to work within a team and enable liaison with a variety of external agencies
- Has a National Award for SEN Coordination
