We are looking for a Junior Aesthetic Practitioner qualified with NVQ Level 4 and a minimum 1 year experience working in Aesthetics. You will be given training and guidance, as well as the freedom to define and evolve your role as we move forward.
Requirements
- Performing facial aesthetic skin treatments ( Skin Pen Microneedling, Chemical peels, Skin consultations, Laser treatments)
- Responsible for selling the brands’ unique offerings, treatments and home care products
- Building and continuously updating knowledge on skincare, Products and Treatments
- Maintaining an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint of the client’s experience in the clinic and over the phone
- Having the confidence to overcome selling challenges & the ability to attract and entice customers, incorporating the client journey, and brand story whilst engaging with customers
- Accountable for meeting individual targets
- Helping to identify trends in customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction
- Ensuring all client records are kept up to date
- Working closely with Senior practitioners, Doctors and FOH to ensure the high service standards is delivered at all times
- Supporting the smooth running of the clinic
- Performing other duties as assigned based on business needs
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience in chemical peels, microneedling, skin consultations and skincare retail.
- Training in Mesoesthetic, Skin Pen, Neostrata and Obagi is desirable but not required.
- A team player with inspirational social skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Enjoys exploring opportunities and using their own initiative
- Articulate and confident communicator
- Has an interest in working in a boutique-style clinic and has the desire to be part of the company's growth.
- Passionate about skincare and skin treatments.
- Understanding the challenges of working in a rapidly evolving company.
- Be able to work flexibly and work on some Saturdays

Salary
Competitive salary dependent on candidate's skill range and experience
Commission scheme in addition to salary (after probationary period)
