Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Designing and Implementing CRM Strategies: Create personalised communication strategies that nurture relationships with both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Automated Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop, test, and optimise automated email systems to engage, inform, and convert leads.
- B2C and B2B Focus: Strategize and execute tailored marketing campaigns for both B2C and B2B sectors, promoting loan offerings and special features.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize advanced tools to analyse customer behaviours, refine strategies, and report key insights to stakeholders.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
- Customer Insights and Segmentation: Leverage CRM data to create targeted and effective customer segments.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all communications are accurate, compelling, and compliant with legal and brand standards.
Qualifications and skills you should possess:
- 4+ years of experience in CRM communication and email marketing.
- Proven success in B2C and B2B digital marketing.
- Expertise in email automation tools and CRM platforms.
