Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Designing and Implementing CRM Strategies: Create personalised communication strategies that nurture relationships with both B2C and B2B audiences.
• Automated Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop, test, and optimise automated email systems to engage, inform, and convert leads.
• B2C and B2B Focus: Strategize and execute tailored marketing campaigns for both B2C and B2B sectors, promoting loan offerings and special features.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize advanced tools to analyse customer behaviours, refine strategies, and report key insights to stakeholders.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
• Customer Insights and Segmentation: Leverage CRM data to create targeted and effective customer segments.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all communications are accurate, compelling, and compliant with legal and brand standards.

Qualifications and skills you should possess:

• 4+ years of experience in CRM communication and email marketing.
• Proven success in B2C and B2B digital marketing.
• Expertise in email automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
