Junior Acquisitions Analyst - London Graduate Opportunity

Attivo are currently recruiting for a Junior Acquisitions Analyst to join our Acquisitions team. The purpose of the role is to assist the Head of Acquisitions with all administrative duties within the acquisition process, assisting with integration tasks and coordinating meetings arrangements with various stakeholders both internally and externally.


As a business, we fully support hybrid working and have both working from home and flexible working policies. For this particular role, we would expect the candidate to be based at our London office 2 days per week.


We provide our advice and service through Attivo Financial Planning, one of the very few Independent, Chartered, Occupational Pension Specialist, financial planning firms in the UK. We aim to deliver the most professional, technically competent, independent advice and service to our clients. Main responsibilities


  • Create and update reports, spreadsheets and project plans, including due diligence RAG reports, Acquisition Board reports and Master Acquisition spreadsheet.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external, ensuring clear communication and updates are available and delivered to all relevant parties regarding the progression of acquisitions.
  • Updating and cross checking of the master spreadsheet with all new acquisitions and any updates as required.
  • Ownership of an electronic filing system for all acquisitions related documentation, allowing easy access for all relevant parties and ownership of all document and version control.
  • Assess all required due diligence information to ensure that all has been submitted to Box and produce an initial review flagging any key risks to the Head of Acquisitions or Acquisitions Analyst.
  • Responsible for production of Acquisition Committee Reports (ACR) following introduction from brokers for potential acquisitions and independent diligence, via Target websites, companies house etc.
  • Attendance to meetings with the Acquisitions team, ensuring accurate actions are taken and circulated.


Qualifications, skills and experience


  • Educated to degree level would be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 GCSE’s graded A-B (6), or equivalent, including Maths and English
  • Ability to work under pressure with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisation skills and time management skills working in a dynamic business environment
  • Proactive and able to use own initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly and concisely with people at all levels across the business internally and externally
  • Strong, demonstrable administration and IT skills with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy and a highly conscientious approach to work

Salary and benefits


Up to £30,000, depending on qualifications and experience
