WHAT YOU WILL NEED

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive prototype co-ordinator with the drive to pursue projects through to completion, who wants to be a part of delivering the exciting future projects of Jaguar Land Rover and joining our ever-growing team in and around our multiple Sites.

Working with and co-ordinating a multi-functional team including Programme, Vehicle Engineering, Purchasing and Logistics you will ensure a flawless approach to Prototype builds resulting in seeing the very newest JLR products roll of the prototype line. An eye for detail is imperative in maintaining timings for delivery of a clean and successful build start. The ideal candidate will have a thirst for knowledge and will be a key factor in the teams continuous improvement and helping build the learning process.

Prototype Build Preparation and Planning combine the key elements of prototype planning project management and programme preparation across Prototype Builds. We create, in conjunction with Programme and Vehicle Teams, the strategy for successful prototype builds and are currently in an exciting time whilst JLR expands its product portfolio and embraces change across all aspects of the business.

To be successful you will need to be collaborative by nature with the ability to work with peers and individually towards delivering a common goal. You will demonstrate a ‘can do, will do’ attitude, to help to ensure that workflow targets and programme gateways are met on time, every time. You will be expected to work with minimum supervision whilst taking personal responsibility and ownership for your actions and the quality of your work.
