Founded in 2016, ICONAC now serves ~200 creative artists. Our musician clients have performed at legendary venues and festivals such as Coachella, Electric Daisy Carnival, Glastonbury, Download, Tomorrowland. Our Hollywood clients have worked on films such as Mulan, 8 Mile, X-Men, and the Jason Bourne series. We represent artists from 20+ countries and have office locations in New York, Los Angeles, and London.

About the Role
As a Junior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our clients’ success because the foundation of every business starts with a good set of books. You will make a positive impact by keeping track of income and expenses and keeping artists organized so that they can focus on creating, entertaining, and shaping the world.
This is not your typical Junior Accountant opportunity. You will be a crucial member of the team. In return, we offer an excellent training program and study support towards the AAT.
What Your Day to Day Will Look Like
- Maintain clients’ Xero bank feeds on a day-to-day basis
- Organize clients’ bank and credit card statements
- Inform the team of any missing information, broken bank feeds, or day-to-day issues
- Assist in onboarding of new clients by helping to clean up messy books
- Be accountable for the quality and timeliness of all tasks related to your book of clients

- You have completed a course on basic accounting principles

- You have experience using cloud accounting software (Xero, QBO, etc.)

Our Recruitment Process
If your profile meets our requirements, you will be invited to a three-stage interview process where we will learn about your experiences and assess our cultural fit. It is also a unique and fun experience for you to learn about ICONAC and picture your future career working side-by-side with famous artists and innovative accounting professionals.
1. Video introduction: 3-5 introductory question prompts will be given, and you can record your answer in any video formats with a limit of 5 mins.
2. Zoom interview: You will be interviewed by your manager and ICONAC COO. The interview takes 45 mins, and you will be asked mainly on Fit and Behavioral Questions.
3. Skill test: Finally, you will be invited to complete online tests for us to gain a better understanding of your personality, accounting, and problem-solving skills. You will be paid for your time doing the tests.
_Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any form of visa sponsorship, so candidates must be an EU citizen or possess a current UK Tier 1 Visa and be eligible to take up full-time, permanent employment.
EU candidates must also demonstrate they are eligible to take up UK employment post-Brexit._
