So, we have sparked your interest. What exactly is the role?
· You will be managing around 20 Business Application client accounts, based all over the UK.
· Helping your clients to optimise their use Microsoft business applications (Business Central) using your business and finance knowledge
· Maintaining and building strong relationships with your clients – always going the extra mile
· Working with the Support Team to ensure service levels are kept high
· First point of liaison between your client at the wider business keeping them informed and up to date on project progress, new technologies and innovations
· Understanding customer pain points – so you can proactively come up with innovative solutions or cross sell different platforms to help your customer achieve their goals.

The perfect person will be fun and dynamic. Always keen to learn new ways of working.
You must be natural with people. This role is heavily customer focused, so majority of the time you will be on the phone or in meetings with key stakeholders. Being personable and trustworthy are massive.
You need to have the want and drive for learning, not being afraid to ask questions, and most importantly learning from your mistakes.
Always looking at the next opportunity with your customer. We are always looking to improve and innovate how we deliver, sell and support Business Central and we need you to help with that.
What other experience do you need?
· Experience in a similar position – Account management/Customer Success
· Qualification in Finance/Business is preferred
· Sales experience is handy
· Strong customer service background
· Experience with IT systems preferred
